Modern production facilities guarantee the highest quality for steel wheels for passenger cars and trucks.

 
Passenger cars
Our production process starts with an efficient coil slitting process, allowing us to use material of width up to 1,400mm. This gives mefro ROUES FRANCE S.A.S., as well as the entire mefro group, an important flexibility in material procurement.

Two transfer presses process the passenger cars discs with high speed and great quality. These machines feed 3 wheel production lines.

Within these lines we find the entire range of technologies existing in the wheel business, including flow-formed products for intensive weight reduction, spot welding as cost effective technology and a variety of more standard applications.

All our products are controlled with automated machines, as well as via SPC or visual inspection. This allows this plant to achieve excellent quality results for our customers.

Trucks
mefro ROUES FRANCE S.A.S. benefits from the tremendous know-how of mefro group in the truck-trailer business. Over the last years new equipments have been implemented, bringing huge evolutions in our production processes.

The plant of La Chapelle St Luc is capable of producing the entire range of products needed in truck-trailer applications, from the smallest 17.5x5.25 to the largest one 22.5x17.00.
